A Stress Reduction Program for Your Workplace or Organization

Whether you are a small business, nonprofit, a small company, state agency, health and wellness practice and/or center, a health and wellness coaching program can be tailored to your needs. Divine Wryte Wellness can work with employees, patients, clients, caregivers and more through our program, The Calm Connection Workplace Wellness.

Depending on the size of the coaching program for your organization, business or practice, Divine Wryte Wellness works with a collective of coaches and other practitioners who would also work with employees within the program.

The mission of The Calm Connection Program is to provide methods to reduce stress within the working population through areas of Complimentary Integrative Health that consist of mindfulness, mindful movements, deep breathing techniques, meditation, and health and wellness coaching.

The vision is for people within organizations and companies to have effective and positive ways to cope with stress and make it a regular part of their everyday lives.

Mindful Eating Program

We will look together at what and how you are eating without judgement. Maybe your team has tried a multitude of diets and has hit a brick wall and has given up on trying to find out how and what to eat. This health and wellness coaching program will explore how to build a relationship with your food, look at the portions, explore the colors on your plate and if you are satisfied after you eat or measure how hungry you are before you even begin. Through exercises, exploratory questions and food review we will build a healthy relationship with food so you can be healthier and never bored with what you eat.

Mindful Movement Program

Is your staff sedentary, sitting all day and the only movement they are getting is walking from meeting to meeting or from the parking lot to their desk and back? We will sit together and look at movements that your team would love and could help with circulation, assist with their joints, any aches or pains they may be experiencing and assist with muscle toning and possible weight loss. Employees can stretch in their cubicles or work spaces, move while meditating, walk with more pep in their step and overall feel better. Let’s look at Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Stretching and mindful walking. Let’s get moving!

The Meditation Station

This will be a place where participants can learn about mindfulness, how to be mindful (meaning being present in everything you do) and various ways to meditate. Mindfulness is based on Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s 9 attitudes which are Beginners Mind, Non-Judging, Acceptance, Letting Go, Trust, Patience, Non-Striving, Gratitude and Generosity. Mindfulness is the foundation of The Calm Connection Workplace Wellness Program. We will walk through what it is like to be mindful and explore meditation (Body Scan, Visualization, Deep Breathing, Guided), etc. After every session, a person will walk away with a sense of calm and will eventually learn how to use in their everyday life and within a moment’s notice when stress arises.

 Coaching Programs for the Workplace

Divine Wryte Wellness offers the following for your employees that may be experiencing the following issues and may need support so they can feel supported while at work:

  • Chronically ill while working or recovering–a lot of people have to work while being ill or recovering and need added support. We will learn how to stay present at work but to be gentle with yourself and body.
  • Caregivers–caring for a loved one that is sick or chronically ill while you are working can be difficult and health and wellness coaching can assist with being in the present moment, how to take care of yourself, explore mindfulness exercises that can assist with hard days and how to manage at a job while working.
  • Grief– this health and wellness coaching program can help assist with managing how to work while grieving and next steps. We will look at mindful movements and visualization exercises, attempt to look ahead and what that would look like for you and self-care options.

If other health and wellness coaches need to be included for your workplace wellness program just know that they are also National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) and/or certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Any other practitioner will also be vetted through a program, certified or licensed.
